Holder of the treatment

Caminus Capodimonte S.r.l., con sede legale in Italia, Centro Direzionale IS 7/A, Napoli, Codice fiscale e P. IVA n. 08490921213 ( “Caminus”), which independently determines the purposes and methods of processing, as well as the security procedures applied to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.

Data collected and methods of treatment

Caminus collects different types of data to offer the user a better user experience, improve the site, and promote products through relevant advertising messages.

The processing of personal data takes place mainly through IT and IT tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected.

User data is stored on servers located in France and managed by an Italian company. In no case will your personal data be transmitted outside the European Union, provided that the processing of data by social networks and third-party sites remains outside our control.

Your rights

According to the art. 7 of the Privacy Code you always have the right to obtain from Caminus confirmation of the processing or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

You also have the right to obtain information from Caminus about the origin of your personal data; the purpose and method of processing your personal data; the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the identification details of the data controller and data processors; the indication of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as, for example, data controllers. All this information is contained in this Privacy Policy.

Furthermore, you always have the right to obtain from Caminus:

  • updating, rectification, integration of your personal data;
  • the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of your personal data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
  • the attestation that the operations referred to in the letters a) e b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right .

You have, however, the right to object in whole or in part:

  • for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

Our Website implements appropriate security measures to minimize the risks of unauthorized access, destruction or loss of data.

On every purchase takes place safely thanks to the use of data encryption protocols (SSL) that protect the communication of your data, especially the payment ones.

The interested party has the right to know, through free access, the existence and the categories of retained data that are subject to processing; the purposes of such processing, any third party recipients of such data, the storage period, any use for profiling purposes; the origin of these data.
    In case the requested number or the cost to satisfy the request requires it, the data controller can charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
  • Data correction. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the correction or integration of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Data deletion. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the deletion of personal data concerning him.
  • Data portability. If the processing is carried out by automated means, the interested party has the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning him provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data. given to another data controller without hindrance by the data controller to whom it was supplied.
  • Complaint to a supervisory authority. The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data
